Who doesn’t like ice-cream? We all do – the kids, the grown-ups, and even the grandparents. It brings folks closer together and makes the world a better place. And after this tutorial, you’ll learn how to draw an ice cream in five minutes. We’ll start with the rough sketch and make our way up to the marker strokes. If you’re a pro, you’ll be able to complete this task faster than the others. But remember: this isn’t a competition.

The guidelines for this particular drawing are very simple and won’t be a problem for you (00 min 40 sec). Have you seen those green symbols from The Sims – the popular video game? Well, this sketch looks exactly like that. You’ll need two straight lines to divide the double triangle into four parts. Once you’re done with that, you can just move on to the next stage of our how to draw an ice cream cone – the marker strokes.

We begin with the curvy horizontal lines for the cone (01 min 34 sec). If you’re happy with that, move on to the rest of the cone’s body (01 min 57 sec). This is the easiest part of our guide, by the way. Those classy tilted opposite curvy lines come next (02 min 21 sec). They’re identical and should cover the whole cone. After that, it’s time to draw to the ice-cream itself.
