Place your piece of paper horizontally, just like I did. Use only dark strokes and don’t be afraid to stop the video and rewind until you get everything right. It looks a lot like a cloud from a cartoon, doesn’t it? Next, add a tiny circle in the left corner of the paper for the nose and connect it to the hair using one straight line (00 min 35 sec). The ear is a primitive shape that comes without any additional details. Use a nice curvy line to finish the nose. See those two lines below and above it?
